August 28, 2012 - Hurricane Isaac made landfall at 6:45pm CDT near the mouth of the Mississippi River as a category 1 storm with winds of 80 miles per hour. An iWitness Reporter sent this video from Grand Isle, Louisiana close to where landfall was made.
